ROM Capital was founded by seasoned property entrepreneurs Robert Whitton and Daren Burney to specialise in the acquisition and active asset management of private property companies and multi-let portfolios.

The UK and Germany focused Group operates calculated asset management and performance enhancing strategies to increase value and deliver outstanding risk adjusted returns to investors from their property portfolio.

ROM Capital Group based in Canary Wharf, London has grown rapidly led by Daren Burney's micro-management and Robert Whitton's strategic vision.

ROM has established a number of market adjusted joint ventures designed to take advantage of the severe downturn in UK and European property prices and identification of under managed assets.

The Group currently manages in excess of 8m sq ft and £1 billion of real estate including the ROM Capital UK Opportunity Fund, a targeted £400m joint venture with Lloyds Banking Group, which was established in November 2007.

ROM Capital Group has structured plans to expand its portfolio and continue its strategy of growth through establishment of future joint venture funds, astute stock selection and intense management of real estate.
