Oversee repairs, maintenance and capital expenditure projects.

Provide project accounting for revenues and costs on a property by property basis.

Manage accounts payment process, including invoice authorisation and payment.

Manage the accounts receivables process for disposals and rental income. Rent review, lease expiry and critical date event monitoring.

Accounting and book-keeping of the individual client SPVs.
